Make whatever guitar you want... We show you how to build a classic Neck-Through style guitar or help you design and build your own unique set-neck instrument.
 
This is a spinoff of our classic Woodworking Workshop

Each participant will produce full-size drawings and learn about classic shapes, their advantages and drawbacks, and possibly their historical significance. After deep diving into understanding the legacy guitars students will design their own custom body building off the groundwork laid by the past 70 years of guitar design as well as their inner creativity.

All participants will be provided with all woodworking, materials and a full week at the Texas Toast shop with Matt & Chris.

We understand that flame maple or other exotic woods have been used to build these guitars through the years. Some of these woods are difficult to get heavily regulated by the countries or states of origin and can be very expensive. Still, and one might ask..."can I make a version with these crazy woods?"

***Note: This workshop is woodworking only with an emphasis on guitar craft and is an advanced 5-day experience. There is absolutely no paint work, assembly or set-up work done in this workshop.
